Buprofezin 70% DF is an insect growth regulator (IGR). Inhibits chitin formation there by causing abnormal endocuticula deposition & abortive molting. As a result of chitin deficiency the procuticle of the insects loses its elasticity & the insect is unable to complete the molting process which leads to death of insect. Recommended for the control of sucking pests mainly brown plant hopper in rice.
