Emamectine Benzoate 1.9% EC is recommended to control boll worms in cotton crop. It is a broad spectrum, highly effective and low toxicity type of insecticide cum acaricide. It is both systemic and contact in action. It effects neurotransmitter such as GABA. Effected larvae becomes paralysed and stop feeding shortly after exposed and subsequently die after 2-4 days.
